The dumbest mistake I've ever made on a set

This happened... years ago, I must have blocked it out and the memory just came back!!! Fortunately, it was on a show that will never be seen again. This lovely series was called "Kept" and the winner would be the kept man to Jerry Hall for one year. The MTV show was filmed in London and they didn't really get enough interviews to tie the story together so... we set up an interview set on their stage in Santa Monica. SO! The mistake: In my defense, I was in a MAJOR RUSH! I got the call at 4pm and had to order and pick everything up before prop houses closed! Ok. So... They had asked for a British flag and... I accidentally rented a CONFEDERATE FLAG!!!! What may be worse is that I was so rushed, I didn't even notice! When I looked at it, all I noticed were the creases and immediately had it steamed. It wasn't until the next morning that I walked onto set and noticed and wasn't able to get it down before the director came in... It's a miracle they hired me after that.
